    Pakistan Announces Squad for Champions Trophy 2025 – Fakhar Zaman Returns

    Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025, scheduled to begin on February 19. Alongside the announcement, Pakistan will host a tri-nation series featuring New Zealand and South Africa as part of their preparation for the prestigious event. This series will play a key role in refining the team’s strategies ahead of the Champions Trophy.

    The tri-nation series is set to start on February 8 with Pakistan facing New Zealand at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Pakistan’s training camp will kick off on February 4, with New Zealand arriving in Lahore on February 5, followed by South Africa’s arrival on February 7. The series will follow a single-league format, with the final match taking place in Karachi on February 14. This series will be vital for Pakistan’s ODI squad as they prepare to defend their title in the Champions Trophy 2025.
