Sourav Ganguly’s Car Accident
Former Indian cricketer and captain Sourav Ganguly’s car met with an accident. Indian media reports that the accident occurred near Dantanpur. He was traveling to Bardhaman to attend an event when the incident happened.
According to Roznama Jang, Sourav Ganguly narrowly escaped a major accident. His car was involved in a crash on the Durgapur Expressway in West Bengal.
Indian media reports state that a speeding truck suddenly overtook Ganguly’s convoy. This forced his driver to apply sudden brakes to avoid a collision.
As a result, the vehicles behind Sourav Ganguly’s Car crashed into each other. One of them eventually collided with his car. Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident. However, two vehicles in his convoy sustained minor damage.
It is worth mentioning that a film is being made about Sourav Ganguly’s life. The shooting of the biopic has already begun. Ganguly had mentioned the project in 2021 but had not shared details back then.
In an interview, he recently revealed that Rajkummar Rao is expected to play the lead role in his biopic.
It is noteworthy that films have already been made on former Indian captains MS Dhoni, Mohammad Azharuddin, and Kapil Dev. The late actor Sushant Singh Rajput portrayed MS Dhoni, while Ranveer Singh played Kapil Dev in their respective biopics.
