Cardi B and Offset’s Public Feud Escalates Amid Ongoing Divorce
Cardi B and Offset’s already rocky relationship took another hit on December 18, as they engaged in a heated argument on social media. This public clash came just days after they appeared to be on good terms during Offset’s birthday celebrations.
The altercation started when Offset accused Cardi B of lying to her fans to damage his reputation. In now-deleted posts, he wrote, “Nobody wins when the family fights… Drop the album and go up.” Cardi swiftly fired back, calling him a “dummy” and demanding he sign their divorce papers without delay.
Offset then countered, stating he would sign the papers if Cardi agreed to share custody of their children: Kulture, 6, Wave, 3, and their newborn daughter, born in September. He further accused Cardi of prioritizing “drama” over her music career.
This public dispute is just the latest in a series of online insults between the two since their separation earlier this year. Cardi has frequently criticized Offset’s “narcissism.” Despite their ongoing divorce, the two briefly reunited in a Florida nightclub on December 14, where they were seen throwing cash at one another in what appeared to be a playful moment.
Cardi B and Offset, who married six years ago, welcomed their third child together in August. As their divorce proceedings continue, Cardi is seeking full custody of their children, while their public disputes seem to be far from over.
