    Sangeeta Made Allegations Regarding Blackmail and Threats During Bulleh Shah Production

    Senior Actress and Director Sangeeta revealed that she’s been blackmailed during drama production titled Bulleh Shah

    A tense emergency press conference was conducted at the Lahore Press Club by senior actress and successful director Sangeeta, who shared shocking information about an incident that’s been rattling the Pakistani show business. Talking visibly distressed, Sangeeta revealed that she’s been blackmailed and threatened by a lawyer named Ahmed Jahangir, who lays a claim on her latest venture, a drama production titled ‘Bulleh Shah’.

A representation from the production side joined as well and clarified that ‘Bulleh Shah’ is being produced by her husband, Tariq Mendro, and that the opposing party cannot lay any claim or have legitimate proof regarding these allegations.

    “She spoke about the toll that this situation has been taking on her emotions and career, stating that ‘this aggressive interference has become unbearable. I appeal to Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz. I request her to make sure that I get justice. I will be grateful to her for my life. If this injustice continues and I don’t get my due, I will be forced to leave Pakistan.’”

    Her words conveyed not only the seriousness of the conflict but also the anger that artists have been expressing about seeing their work endangered for no reason.
