It was a bold move for him to release a full-length movie instead of just a music video for his album My Terrible Mind. It reminds me of what the late Michael Jackson did with his famous short films for his songs. Anjum and director Abdul Wali Baloch are doing something completely different by making a movie based on his record that is really interesting to watch.
Anjum plays the lead part in the movie, with Imran Ashraf as the bad guy and Kinza Hashmi as the strong female lead. Anjum loves how skilled Ashraf and Hashmi are, and how their work has taken the project to a whole new level.

The one-minute-and-twenty-second trailer really captures the spirit of the movie. It starts with the noise of Karachi’s night traffic and police sounds, then moves on to a series of intense shots of the city’s streets.

Fans are super excited for Kattar Karachi, which comes out in theaters on January 14, 2025. It’s an action-packed thriller that will change the way Pakistani movies are made.
