The committee also allowed the reconstitution of management boards for critical organizations, including Karachi Tools, Dies, and Mould Centre, and Technology Upgradation and Skills Development Company (TUSDEC). Through new, dynamic leaders, the authorities intend to spur innovation and talent building within these crucial institutions.

A focused approach has been brought about to eliminate the financial deficit of the Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) within the next two years. The process entails disposal of idle assets, ensuring that the business remains a lean operation to the latter’s sustainability.
Revamping SOEs: Productivity Meets Viability
