    Shocking ICC Rankings Babar Azam & Rizwan Face Major Drop In Ranking

    The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released updated rankings for all three formats. In the 50-over format, Pakistan’s Babar Azam and captain Mohammad Rizwan have faced a drop in their rankings.

    Test Batting Rankings

    England’s Joe Root remains the top-ranked Test batsman. His teammate Harry Brook is second, followed by New Zealand’s Kane Williamson at third. India’s Yashasvi Jaiswal secures fourth place.

    Australia’s Steve Smith has climbed three spots to fifth, while Sri Lanka’s Kusal Mendis has moved up to sixth. Pakistan’s Saud Shakeel is the only national player in the top ten. Mohammad Rizwan has slipped to 16th, while Babar Azam retains his 19th position.

    Test Bowling & All-Rounder Rankings

    India’s Jasprit Bumrah leads the ICC Rankings in Test bowling. South Africa’s Kagiso Rabada is second, followed by Australia’s Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood. Pakistan’s Nauman Ali sits at fifth place. No other Pakistani bowler is in the top 20.

    In the all-rounder rankings, India’s Ravindra Jadeja holds the top spot. South Africa’s Marco Jansen is second, followed by Bangladesh’s Mehidy Hasan Miraz in third.

    ODI Batting & Bowling Rankings

    Babar Azam remains the No. 1 ODI batsman. India dominates the next three spots with Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, and Virat Kohli. South Africa’s Heinrich Klaasen ranks fifth.

    Pakistan’s Fakhar Zaman has moved up to 17th, while Imam-ul-Haq, Mohammad Rizwan, and Saim Ayub occupy 21st, 22nd, and 23rd positions, respectively. In bowling, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan tops the rankings. India’s Kuldeep Yadav is second, followed by Sri Lanka’s Mahesh Theekshana.

    Pakistan’s Shaheen Afridi has slipped to fourth, while Haris Rauf holds onto the 18th spot. In the all-rounder category, Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi remains first, with Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza in second place.

    T20 Rankings

    Australia’s Travis Head leads the T20 batting rankings. India’s Abhishek Sharma has jumped 38 spots to second place. Tilak Varma is third, followed by England’s Phil Salt. Babar Azam ranks seventh, and Mohammad Rizwan is ninth.

    West Indies’ Akeal Hosein now tops the T20 bowling rankings, overtaking England’s Adil Rashid. Rashid has dropped to second, while India’s Varun Chakravarthy has climbed to third. No Pakistani bowler features in the top 20.

    In the all-rounder rankings, India’s Hardik Pandya holds the top spot. Nepal’s Dipendra Singh Airee is second, followed by Australia’s Marcus Stoinis in third. Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi is fourth. Pakistan’s Imad Wasim has dropped from 13th to 14th.

    Pakistan’s rankings have seen a mixed shift, with some players rising while others face setbacks. The upcoming matches will be crucial in determining their standings in world cricket.
