Indian actor Allu Arjun was arrested following a deadly stampede at a screening of his film Pushpa 2: The Rule in Hyderabad. The tragic incident, which occurred on Friday, resulted in the death of a woman who was crushed by the crowd of fans eager to see the star. Allu Arjun, 42, faces charges including causing harm through dangerous means. In connection with the case, seven other individuals have also been arrested.

The incident took place earlier this month when large crowds gathered at a theater to catch a glimpse of Allu Arjun, leading to chaos as he arrived for the screening. A video shared on social media showed the actor holding a coffee mug as police arrived at his residence to take him into custody.
The Victim and Her Family’s Complaint
The victim, a woman in her 30s, was attending the screening with her son, who was seriously injured in the stampede. Following the incident, her family filed a complaint against Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theater management.
