Paris Hilton shared on social media, “Yesterday at Capitol Hill, I delivered a speech encouraging the House to pass the Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act—a bill aimed at safeguarding children from the trauma I experienced as a teenager in a residential treatment facility.”
