    In a tragic turn of events on Wednesday night, at least fifty two men and women died after two devastating bus accidents in Afghanistan’s notorious Kabul-Kandahar Highway while sixty five more are reportedly injured. The incidents in Ghazni province brought to the fore the deadly threats that hang-out this essential transportation artery.

    According to Hamidullah Nisar, the provincial head of facts and culture, the first accident took place close to Shahbaz village, the place a passenger bus collided with a gasoline tanker, main to a devastating loss of life.
