His return was once capped with a spot in Pakistan’s 15-member squad for the T20 World Cup 2024, where he made his remaining worldwide appearance.

    Amir leaves his mark on the cricketing world with 271 wickets across all formats and 1,179 runs throughout. While discussing his career, Amir said, “These choices aren’t easy but are bound to happen.”. I believe this is the right moment for the next generation to take the baton and take Pakistan’s cricket to new heights.”

    Imad Wasim Time to Pass on the Baton

    Just a day back, another all-rounder Imad Wasim also declared his international cricket retirement. He appreciated the journey in a heartfelt post on social media and mentioned, “While this chapter comes to an end, I seem ahead to persevering with my ride in cricket via home and franchise cricket. I hope to maintain enjoyable you all in new ways.”
